Started in 2001 by Vicki Kneeland, The Gym currently occupies 8000 square feet in Park Ridge Shopping Center at 2725 Ridge Pike Trooper, PA 19403. We are located next to Mario's Pizza.
The Gym has 27 pieces of cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, upright and recumbant bikes, elliptical trainers, All Motion Trainers and stairclimbers) all connected to a cardio theater for private TV audio. More than 100 pieces of strength and fitness equipment which include selectorized machines, plate loaded equipment and free weights. Equipment includes BodyMasters, Hammer Strength and Cybex. Dumbbells range from 1 to 140 lbs. The Gym provides full locker rooms, and two separate areas for abs and stretching. Babysitting is provided Monday - Friday 9:00am - 11:30am. The Gym also offers six tanning beds and a multitude of tanning packages. Memberships and Gift Certificates can be provided for The Gym, Tanning or the services of the in-house Wellness Center which offers many types of Massage Therapy. On-site Insurance reimbursement and Personal Training are available. The Gym and Tan-Line Studio is open 7 days / week - Mon - Thurs 5am to 10pm, Friday 5am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm. (Sunday hours changing to 8am to 4pm starting 1-1-2010) Tanning is available during all Gym hours. |
